Over het werk

As a technical coach, you are the knowledge hub for dealers, technicians, and colleagues — all within the Academy. You will develop and deliver training sessions on the various machines and systems of your future employer. You’ll work with a wide range of technologies: from electronics and hydraulics to the latest electric drive systems. Your goal is to make every training not only informative, but also inspiring and practical.

In this role, you are responsible for creating, planning, organizing, and delivering training programs for both internal employees and dealers, in the Netherlands and abroad. You’ll contribute to improving the organization’s overall technical expertise and ensure dealers are well-prepared to perform maintenance and repairs independently and effectively. You will also promote the training programs to dealers, keeping them informed about current courses and their importance. Naturally, safety guidelines and procedures are an integral part of all your training sessions. In addition, you’ll gather input from various departments to ensure the training programs continuously align with the latest technological developments and market needs.

In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with the sales and aftersales teams, contributing to the company’s growth both nationally and internationally. You’ll also stay in contact with trainers from the company’s UK and French branches to exchange knowledge and experience. You’ll report directly to the Academy Manager, who will be your main point of contact. All specific knowledge and technical expertise required for the role will, of course, be provided by your future employer.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team within the Academy, consisting of four colleagues: Jeroen, Duko, Daan, and Gerard. Together, you form an enthusiastic and dedicated team where knowledge sharing, collaboration, and humor are key. Working hours are flexible and coordinated with the team, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
