What are you going to do?

As a Learning Design & Partner Success intern , you'll have the opportunity to develop yourself in a dynamic environment where partner collaboration, online learning, and creativity come together. You will work closely with our Partner Success team across the full scope of their activities, contributing to tools, materials, and learning experiences that support our partners. You will also help develop online training content for our Academy.

Your responsibilities

In this internship, you will combine learning design activities with tasks that contribute to the success of our partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing: Creating instructional materials, e-learning modules, and other resources to support partners.
• Improving: Analyzing existing modules, materials, and partner processes and implementing enhancements.
• Supporting: Contributing to tools, documentation, templates, and other assets that help partners work effectively with our solutions.
• Creativity: Applying creativity to learning content, visuals, and partner communication to make information clear, engaging, and easy to understand.

Our offer

As an intern or graduation project student at Nedap, you can work either remotely or on our amazing campus in Groenlo, in consultation with your team. The choice is yours. You will have plenty of space to take the lead in your assignment, with personal leadership and individual responsibility being central. You will collaborate with passionate professionals from whom you can learn a lot.

As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months, a fun day with all interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. Additionally, we offer a monthly internship or graduation project allowance ranging between €325 and €650 per month.

Required experience and skills

You are an independent and proactive student with strong attention to detail. You communicate clearly and are able to balance different interests. Additionally, you bring the following:

• Education: You are a third-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Creative Business, CMD, or a related field.
• Technical skills: You have affinity with online learning and content creation, and you enjoy developing partner-focused tools and resources.

We expect you to be present at our office in Groenlo at least three days per week.
