Function

Eekels | TBI is looking for an Apprentice Electrician for Industry & Infrastructure (BBL) at its Kolham, Emmen, or Joure locations. As an apprentice electrician, you'll gain practical experience on the job and attend training for one day (or part day). You'll work on installing and converting various electrical systems and instrumentation for industrial projects. You'll also perform maintenance and overhaul work.

What is expected of you?

• (Under supervision) work on the installation and conversion of various electrical installations and instrumentation for industrial projects;
• Carrying out maintenance and overhaul work;
• Knowledge of assembly methods and execution, measurement and control techniques (instrumentation) and reading technical drawings.

The Industry & Infrastructure business unit provides electrical solutions, among other things, in the Industry & Infrastructure market segment. The unit manages the entire process, from consulting, engineering (hardware & software), purchasing, panel building, implementation, testing & inspection, and maintenance. The unit possesses specific expertise in process automation, medium voltage, and predictive maintenance. Offering the most suitable solutions for the customer (in terms of both technology and price) is essential in this regard.

• Willing to work and learn and to follow a BBL training in Electrical Engineering or similar at MBO level 3 or 4;
• Minimum age of 18 years;
• Working safely and healthily is important to you;
• Proactive approach and a customer-oriented attitude;
• Communicative and able to work well together;
• Good command of the Dutch language.
