The team plays a vital role in safeguarding the availability, safety, and maintainability of offshore assets. We value teamwork, proactiveness, and cross-disciplinary cooperation in a dynamic offshore setting.

The screening
With a signed employment contract in hand, there's one final step to take: the pre-employment screening. TenneT has a societal responsibility to keep the Netherlands powered 24/7. We must minimize the risks of disruptions as much as possible. Therefore, we require every employee to provide at least a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). If there are no objections to your appointment, nothing will stand in the way of your start. For certain positions, a VOG is not sufficient, and a more detailed screening will follow.
