Wat ga je doen?

You take full control of your own production line and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You do this by:

• Managing your line and ensuring flawless production flow
• Leading a team of 7 to 9 colleagues while also working alongside them
• Quickly resolving minor malfunctions and preventing problems
• Closely monitoring quality and accurately recording production data
• Working safely, in a structured manner, and in a tidy work environment

Wat heb je nodig voor deze functie?

Little experience as an operator? No problem, we’ll teach you the trade! What matters most to us is your drive:

• MBO-level working and thinking skills
• A natural leader with a focus on results
• Able to switch quickly and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a cool environment (10–12°C)
• In possession of a driver’s license and your own transport

• Work in a fixed day shift from 05:45 to 15:00 or from 14:45 to 00:00 (including one Saturday every two weeks, with an extra day off the following week)
