As a production employee, you are physically fit to stand along the production line during your shift. Further, you fulfill the following requirements:

• You are available at least 3 days a week;
• You are at least 18 years old due to working hours;
• You have your own accommodation in the area of Leerdam;
• You speak English or Dutch;
• You are physically fit to pack the glasses at a fast pace;
• You can work at least in the night shift: 21:45-05:45;
• You can work preferably one other extra shift from: 05:45-13:45 or 13:45-21:45.

It’s pretty interesting to watch the glowing ovens in action. ✨ Once the glasses hit the production line, that’s where you come in as a production employee! You’ll be at the assembly line, expertly picking up the fresh glassware and packing them into boxes. 📦 Stack those boxes onto pallets, and then your colleague on the forklift whisks them away. Your hard work ensures IKEA shelves stay stocked and customers stay happy! 😃
