The Rosendaelsche Golf Club, founded in 1895, is one of the oldest golf clubs in the Netherlands. It is a lively club with a rich history and a future-proof vision. We are a members' club for both ambitious and recreational golfers of all ages, combining sportsmanship with conviviality. Guests are very welcome. Our challenging 18-hole championship course is one of the most challenging golf courses in Europe and, with its excellent practice facilities, high-quality golf shop, and attractive clubhouse, offers the ultimate golfing experience in the woods near the Veluwe.

Due to the imminent departure of our current Head Pro, we are looking for an experienced, driven, and inspiring golf professional with strong leadership and communication skills. The Head Pro of the Rosendaelsche Golf Club is the driving force behind the (top) golf technical activities and, as such, is the sporting face and role model for both members and other golf professionals within the club. The Head Pro is also a committed ambassador who actively promotes and strengthens the unique club culture, both internally and externally.

With a clear vision of the strategic golf policy and training program, you will be able to develop and shape these and thus actively and concretely contribute to the continuous development of both recreational and elite sports within the Rosendaelsche. In achieving these objectives, you will be supported by the three other members of the Pro team.

The candidate is expected to have:

• PGA Professional diploma (PGA A status) with extensive and proven experience as Head Pro or in a similar managerial role

• Playing experience at national and international competition level

• Excellent golf skills (preferably handicap 0 or better) and thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the sport of golf, the rules, and modern technologies such as Trackman

• Proven experience in coaching and golf instruction at all levels, with measurable successes in elite sports development

and/or youth coaching

• Affinity with the tradition, character, and culture of the Rosendaelsche Golf Club
