From our modern packing facility in Horst, we deliver year-round quality using the latest technologies and smart processes.

To keep our production and packaging lines running at their best, we are looking for a Team Lead Technical Service who combines technical expertise with strong leadership.

What you will do

As Team Lead Technical Service, you ensure that all installations and packaging lines operate reliably, safely and efficiently. You coordinate maintenance, prevent failures and lead improvement projects. With your technical knowledge and leadership skills, you maintain oversight and motivate your team to achieve the best results every day.

In concrete terms, you will:

• Lead, coach and motivate the technical team
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive and corrective)
• Ensure technical availability and safety of all installations
• Maintain contact with external technicians and inspection bodies
• Perform or oversee inspections, audits and calibrations
• Manage the maintenance system and ensure clear documentation
• Identify and implement improvements in processes and installations
• Prepare failure analyses and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

In short: you align technology, people and processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Who you are

You are a practical, level-headed technician with strong oversight, responsibility and a natural leadership style. You stay calm in a dynamic environment and can switch quickly between daily operations and long-term improvements.

You bring:

• Vocational or higher professional education (MBO+/HBO) in a technical field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical environment
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and experience with technical installations
• Experience with planning and registration software
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Quality awareness, proactiveness and a results-driven approach
