As VIP Manager at Escape, you ensure a flawless experience for our most exclusive guests while bringing out the best in your team and every night.

Who you are

• You have solid experience with VIP service and know exactly what top-level hospitality means

• You have a commercial mindset and strong sales skills

• You have experience working in a nightclub or similar nightlife venue

• You are available on Friday and Saturday nights

• You are able to manage and motivate a team effectively
