We guide motivated status holders and newcomers to opportunities in the Netherlands and solve the shortages of professionals in IT. It's about what you want to achieve, not about your background.

• Who is it suitable for?

  You are a refugee from your country of origin and now a status holder in the Netherlands or you are a newcomer with the right to work. If you are interested in a traineeship in IT, you do not necessarily need professional experience or a relevant education, but you do need a strong interest. Requirements for the traineeship are that you have a higher education, bachelor or master and you have at least B2 level in English. Furthermore, we ask you to be eager to learn and be motivated.

• What does the selection process look like?

  You can apply by uploading a short motivation and resume via the application link on the left, or top right corner of the website. Suitable candidates will be invited for an interview and a technical assessment. One month before the start of a traineeship, the 12 most suitable applications will be selected and informed about joining the program.

• Practical information

  Fulltime availability is a strict requirement, namely 5 days during the week. The traineeships are partly given online (remote), with (at least) 2 days a week at our office in Amsterdam. The traineeships are completely free for the Motopper and include reimbursing travel expenses.

Programming-, script- and markup languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Java, Bash/Shell, Python, C#, PHP, C++, C.

03 Frameworks

Frameworks, Libraries & Tools: Node.js, Angular, React, .NET Core, Spring, Django or also Mendix and ServiceNow.
