Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially driven, enthusiastic, and creative colleague for the new position of Commercial Account Management Trainee, who will contribute to increasing SieMatic's revenue. You are the ambassador of the SieMatic brand. You act as a sparring partner and point of contact for SieMatic dealers in your region in the fields of sales and marketing (online and offline). You have an eye for opportunities to increase SieMatic turnover with your dealers in both retail and project business (new-build projects). You are responsible for ensuring that all employees at SieMatic dealers have up-to-date knowledge and are enthusiastic about SieMatic products, and you support SieMatic dealers in keeping their SieMatic "shop-in-the-shop" up to date with the latest SieMatic products.

Personal Qualities & Skills

You have excellent advisory and sales skills. Your open attitude and strong communication skills help you achieve your goals quickly. You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or German. You work and think in a structured way, are goal-oriented and motivated. You are able and willing to work independently. You have a strong personality and are sympathetic and friendly. Dealing with many people is important to you and inspires you.

Education

You have completed a commercial HBO (Bachelor's) degree and are currently working-preferably in the living, interior, or real estate sector-and are ready for the next step in your commercial career.

You will be trained at our SieMatic Academy. After that, you will get started and be guided by our team of experienced commercial and account managers, who will introduce you to our world of luxury brand kitchens. Together with you, we will map out a career path that matches your talents and preferences.
