Elevate security across our global Services department, acting as the strategic leader who safeguards our operations and empowers our teams and customers. This role is your chance to raise the bar for security excellence at a global scale, where you'll be instrumental in protecting our success and putting customers first in every solution.

What you'll do

• As the Security Director for Services, you will take on a vital global leadership role, creating and driving security practices across our worldwide services operations. You will champion security by educating internal teams and customers on the effective implementation of the secure software development life cycle. You will keep it simple by clearly communicating project risk status and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring security is integrated seamlessly as we have a bias for action.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the Services department, ensuring alignment with overall organizational security objectives.
• Provide global security oversight, ensuring the consistent application of security policies, standards, and procedures across all Services Hubs.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks and vulnerabilities, proactively addressing capacity and strategic planning needs.
• Act as the primary customer security advocate, telling it like it is with clear, supportive guidance to customer stakeholders at all levels regarding our security policies.
• Serve as the central security liaison for the Services department, collaborating closely with the CISO, Expert Consulting team, and project teams, demonstrating how we collaborate as one.
• Establish and maintain security best practices, guidelines, and standard operating procedures within the Services Security Chapter, reporting clearly to senior management.

Who you are

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, bringing a deep, diverse understanding of security, risk management, compliance, and engineering principles. Your exceptional ability to communicate complex topics simply and effectively will be key to your success in this high-impact, global role.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the field of information security.
• 5+ years in a global leadership role, managing strategic security initiatives across different regions.
• Exceptional ability to clearly communicate complex security matters and risk statuses to all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives and the board.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in strategic security leadership, risk management, and compliance within a global services or consulting environment.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSSLP, CISM, or equivalent) are considered a strong advantage.
