What do you bring

Completed university degree Given the strong growth, candidates with different years of experience are welcome (from junior to senior), with focus on real estate law Communicatively strong, accurate and proactive Good communication skills in Dutch and English Pre is being observer authorised (i.e. at least 3 years of work experience)

Job description

As a Candidate Notary Estate Planning, you will work on challenging files in the field of Estate Planning for a variety of clients, from family businesses to multinationals. There is room to spar and consult with colleagues and we also value personal guidance.

Your role

Discussions with tax and legal colleagues Legal advice to clients Working independently on files Drafting deeds and legal documents Liaising with clients and all other relevant parties If you have observer powers, there is scope to observe
