Job description

Are you passionate about great food and eager to learn how to cook at a professional level? Then this internship is perfect for you! At Hotel V, we're looking for an enthusiastic intern. With us, you'll really get the space to learn and experiment. You won't just be chopping vegetables or doing dishes - you'll be working on real dishes, from Eggs Royale to côte de boeuf. Our style? Classic French with a modern, fusion twist.

And if things go well, you'll soon be running your own station - whether that's at the garde manger, in the pastry section, or on the pass sending out dishes. You'll get to discover where your strengths lie, because your growth is our priority!

You'll be joining a young and super fun team (if we say so ourselves ). We take cooking seriously, but we also love to laugh along the way. You're not "just an intern" here - you're part of the team.

About You

• No experience yet? No problem - as long as you're enthusiastic!

• Learning something new every day? Yes please - that's what gives you energy;

• Having fun at work? Just as important to you as cooking well;

• You're currently studying for an MBO level 2 or 3 qualification - that way, we can give you the best possible guidance.
