About the role

As the Head of Product at Homedeal, you'll shape the overall product vision, strategy, and execution to drive both customer satisfaction and business growth. You'll lead the full product portfolio, collaborating closely with engineering, design, customer success and marketing. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset to drive progress within squads and key projects. This role is perfect for an experienced, hands-on-the-ball product manager who thrives in marketplace complexity and turns customer insights into meaningful solutions.

We ask you to

• Define and execute the overall product vision and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure that product decisions align with business priorities and drive revenue growth.
• Drive customer-centric transformation by ensuring that user needs are at the core of product development efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
• Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and inform future decisions.
• Advocate for best product management practices and create frameworks to optimize team efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
• Lead one product team to continue to make hands-on impact.

This is you

• Experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to define and drive product vision and strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with executive leadership.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Experience with the Shape Up product development methodology is considered an advantage.
• Salary expectations: 97.200eu - 110.000eu annually.
