As a (Senior) Industrial Constructor at VORM4, you get the freedom to direct your career yourself. You work on industrial structures, from calculations to advising customers. We continuously invest in the latest tools and developments, so that you always stay ahead. In addition, you get the opportunity to grow into a senior or management position. With a training budget of €2,000 - €5,000, you can further specialize and contribute to the growth of VORM4.

You may already know us through our work for clients such as FrieslandCampina, Central Government Real Estate Agency, Municipality of Leeuwarden, Royal A-Ware, Amalthea, Nutricia, Enexis and Cushman & Wakefield. We are active in various sectors, including the food industry, dairy industry, chemical industry and metal industry. Our clients' issues are often complex, and we work integrally with them as part of the project team. Consider, for example, the design of a new factory location, where the customer develops the process installations and mechanical installations, while we provide the factory model and the coordination of the architectural and structural development.

Our activities include:

• Preparation of factory models
• BIM coordination
• Static and dynamic calculations
• Soil surveys and geotechnical advice
• CapEx and OpEx analyses

As a (senior) constructor, you are part of the project team and advise on structural design. Based on your experience, you can grow into the role of Design Leader, supervising the entire architectural and constructive development. With the years of knowledge and experience we have gained in industrial projects, we support you in this process.

Your determined range of tasks

• Design and calculation of industrial structures;
• Advising customers on constructive solutions;
• Monitoring compliance with building regulations and safety standards;
• Sparring with colleagues and taking joint projects to a higher level;
• Supervise the execution of construction work.

Job requirements

• Technical HBO/WO training in the direction of construction;
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience with SCIA Engineer and IDEA Statics;
• Experience with industrial calculations;
• Independent and responsible in project management.
