What we do

In our innovative housing factory, we create high-quality timber homes to accelerate the availability of affordable and sustainable housing in the Netherlands. Advanced machines cut the wood to precise specifications based on detailed calculations and digital drawings from our engineers. We then efficiently assemble the wooden modules, producing complete homes in a short amount of time. As a Senior Engineer Timber Construction, you play a crucial role in this process.

The role

As a Senior Engineer Timber Construction , you will be responsible for the technical design, engineering, and coordination of sustainable timber construction projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and production partners to develop innovative housing modules. Your technical expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the future of circular construction.

What will you do?

● Design and engineer innovative timber construction solutions

● Lead multidisciplinary projects in the development phase and oversee planning, budgeting, and quality control.

● Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.

● Collaborate with architects and production partners to optimize design and execution.

● Contribute actively to the development of new construction techniques and processes.

● Optimize existing products in a continuous improvement process.

What do you bring?

● At least 7 years of experience in the built environment, at least 2 in timber construction.

● Experience in project leadership and team management.

● Proficiency in Rhino/Grasshopper, CAD software and structural analysis software (2D/3D) ,

● Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach.

● Experience with parametric design and digital production techniques is a plus.

● Strong command of both Dutch and English .

● Affinity with circular construction and sustainable materials.
