Driver/Machinist (Vlissingen)

As a Driver/Machinist at Zeeland Maritime Cleaning, you'll be on the road daily with our vacuum trucks, serving our clients in the onshore, offshore, tank storage, chemical, production, and food industries.

Together with the Industrial Cleaner, you ensure that (ship) tanks, silos, (concrete) plants, and warehouses are safely cleaned. Your responsibilities include preparing the equipment on-site and providing instructions when necessary. From our location in Vlissingen, we operate throughout the Netherlands and Flanders.

Your duties include:

• • The safe driving of vacuum trucks to the customer and possible unloading site
  • Checking the technical condition of the truck
  • Noting and reporting possible malfunctions
  • Performing daily maintenance
• Cleaning tasks using high-pressure sprayers and preparing the equipment
  • Connecting and coupling auxiliary equipment
  • Cleaning both manually and with machines
  • Loosening, removing and collecting solids and liquids

What we ask of you:

To perform all requested tasks safely, some certificates are required:

• Driving Licence B+C
• Driving Licence E is an advantage
• ADR certificate
• Code 95 (up to date)
• SIR DVM-certificate
• VCA-Basis
