Are you a versatile technician who likes to tinker with innovative CPT machines? Do you like to work with your hands, do you like variety and are you at home in both mechanics and hydraulics? Then is looking for you!

You start the day with a short consultation with your colleagues in the workshop. Today you are working on the assembly of a new CPT system that will soon go to a customer abroad. You use technical drawings and work instructions to work independently on mechanical parts and hydraulic installations. Accurate work, where your sense of engineering and eye for detail come in handy.

In the afternoon a request comes from the service department: a customer experiences problems with the hydraulics in his machine. You jump in, help locate the fault and carry out the necessary repair. In this case in the workshop, but it also happens that you work on location with the customer. No day is the same and your broad knowledge of technology makes all the difference.

Our customers are spread all over the world. We are continuously working on innovations in the field of CPT equipment. The equipment, instruments, software, etc. are completely developed and made in-house. About your job

As an All-round Hydraulic Technician you have a varied and responsible position in which you play a key role in the production and maintenance of our CPT systems.

You will work independently on the construction of hydraulic installations, perform service and maintenance work and ensure a flawless connection between mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components. You will work largely in our modern workshop in Heerenveen, but occasionally also at customer sites. Together with your colleagues you will deliver high quality work according to clear procedures, safety regulations and our quality system.

With your technical expertise, eye for quality and commitment, you will make an important contribution to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.

What do we ask from you?

Naturally, we are primarily looking for an All-round Hydraulic Technician whose character and motivation fit our team perfectly. In addition, our ideal candidate in all probability has:

• a completed MBO education in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar, or demonstrable work experience in a similar technical position;
• basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics - or the willingness to learn this quickly;
• affinity for hydraulic systems and vehicle technology, preferably within the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industries;
• the ability to work on complex technical installations both independently and in a team;
• an accurate, structured working method and a practical attitude;
• good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different technical disciplines.
