About the Job

Due to increased demand and connection with Andersen Global, we are looking for a Senior Tax Manager with at least 8 years of experience.

In this position, you will closely collaborate with partners, who are often involved in commercial and strategic activities, and you will be responsible for advising, executing, and implementing the given advice.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients; you will advise on tax matters and assist clients during mergers and acquisitions or the disentanglement of business units. Due to the legal nature of the work, you will also work closely with Taxture's Lawyers and (Candidate) Notaries.

Your Role

At Taxture, you will work in a team of tax and legal specialists who often collaborate with Taxture's international network to assist multinationals, large clients with an international DNA, and affluent individuals with tax advice, restructuring, tax planning, and issues related to mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures. Both Dutch tax law and international tax law are applied in this context.

To get an impression of the most common tasks:

• Design and implementation of international ownership structures;
• Advice on and execution of mergers and acquisitions;
• Advice on and implementation of private equity and venture capitalist fund management structures;
• Advice on and implementation of structures for companies planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO);
• Advice on and implementation of asset protection, repatriation, and tax optimization structures.

Who We're Looking For

• Completed Master's in Tax Law or Tax Economics;
• Completed or in progress NOB is a plus;
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the international advisory practice or M&A;
• You enjoy training and managing colleagues;
• Extensive experience in international tax advice;
• Customer- and service-oriented - and don't settle for the bare minimum;
• Team player and organizationally sensitive;
• Communicatively proficient in Dutch and English;
• Social and commercially inclined.

Previous experience at a top-10 law or tax advisory firm is a plus.
