You are also involved in various metalworking techniques, such as welding and construction work, where you use your craftsmanship. Finally, you approve and check the end products to guarantee the highest quality, so that every project is completed perfectly.

Your profile

Experience in bodywork is a strong plus, but your technical insight and practical approach truly make the difference. You have a keen eye for detail and understand how technology and construction intertwine to create a perfect end result. Thanks to your knowledge of MIG/MAG welding and, if applicable, a completed vocational training program, you have the foundation to quickly work independently and deliver high-quality work.

You also possess natural leadership qualities and know how to motivate colleagues to achieve the best results together. You're a solution-oriented thinker who embraces challenges head-on. Whether it's improving processes, coaching team members, or finding smart technical solutions, you maintain an overview and ensure that work runs smoothly and efficiently.
