• A vocational (MBO 4) or university of applied sciences (HBO) technical degree is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Leadership experience is preferred, but this could also be a first step for you as an experienced technician.
•  Proficiency in Dutch and/or English is required.

As a Team Leader Technical Service at Plukon in Blokker, you will be a coaching leader and a change manager. You will be hands-on on the work floor, leading a team of 10 to 15 technicians.

You will coach and motivate your team, distribute the work, and be the point of contact for both technicians and operators. You will lead the transition to proactive and data-driven maintenance and be responsible for a diverse range of machinery.

Your workday is dynamic, and no two days are the same. You will see immediate results, whether it's a better-performing machine, a growing technician, or a smoother process.
