Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist for the Healthcare & Industry segments, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and market leadership. This position focuses on developing high-impact marketing strategies that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for global stakeholders. You will lead the execution of integrated campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support the business objectives of the Healthcare and Industrial divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Healthcare and Industry segments to drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and R&D, to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and commercial goals.
• Manage the segment's digital content strategy and presence, ensuring a consistent, professional, and impactful brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market trend analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of industry-specific events, webinars, and exhibitions to showcase innovative solutions and foster deep customer engagement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
