Assistant foreman Technical Services

The role

As a hands-on Supervisor Technical Service, you are responsible for the optimal functioning and maintenance of our technical installations. You play a key role in safeguarding the continuity of our production and in delivering technical improvement projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Leading a fellow technician and external technicians

• Creating and executing maintenance plans (preventive and corrective)

• Documenting maintenance activities

• Managing technical documentation and budgets

• Initiating and supervising improvement projects and investments

• Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations

Your profile

• Technical education (preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar) at vocational (MBO) level or higher

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical management role within a production environment

• Knowledge of extruders, sealing and printing machines, and industrial installations is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality

• Experience with maintenance systems and project management
