Fortunately, we can count on you for the following:

As a Naval Architect, you will play a crucial role in ship design and the delivery of the tender package. You will be responsible for developing naval architecture design solutions into a set of requirements during precontract activiti es.

• You can perform design & development activities.
• You can execute requirements analysis, concept generation, general arrangement design, weight estimations, stability calculations, resistance and propulsion calculations, and main ship balances.
• You evaluate new concepts and take care of the corresponding reporting.
• You write technical documents, specifications for equipment, contract specifications, reports, and make presentations to visualize the calculations & concepts.
• You ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders so that input can be included in the specialized calculation

Profile

Do you have what it takes to be a Naval Architect in the Netherlands?

• Master or bachelor degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical study.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a variety of design concepts and practices
• Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
