We're looking for a Finance Administrator to manage accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, international sports and entertainment environment. Description

• Handle daily Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice and expense processing, payments, discrepancy follow-up, and balance sheet account clearing.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring timely cash collection, preparing reminders, and reporting overdue balances while minimizing bad debt risk.
• Perform intercompany invoicing and reconciliation to maintain accurate records across entities.
• Process and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Support daily financial administration and month-end close processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management and compliance purposes.

Profile

• Completed a relevant MBO-4 or HBO-level education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
• Interest in the sports and entertainment industry.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset.
• Proficient in accounting software (preferably AFAS) and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in English and conversational Dutch
