Do you enjoy working with people and like to roll up your sleeves? Are you enthusiastic and customer-friendly? Do you have a day (or part of a day) to spare? Then join our friendly team of over 40 volunteers. We could really use some extra help, especially in hospitality. Try out a day with us! Volunteers aged 67 and over are also very welcome.

Host/Hostess (volunteer position)

In this part-time volunteer position, you will welcome visitors, answer questions, and provide information about the museum and its collection. You will also be involved in other tasks within the museum, such as access control and occasional service in the museum café. The number of hours you work can be discussed in consultation.

We would love to talk to you if you:

• Are enthusiastic and show it
• Have an interest in art
• Would like to gain knowledge about the museum's collection
• Enjoy sharing this knowledge with our visitors
• Are presentable and hospitable, so our guests feel welcome
• Are willing to help with various tasks. In addition to informing visitors, these include welcoming guests, access control, and service in Café Lalique

There are also project groups in the museum where specific expertise may be useful. We are happy to discuss how we can use your knowledge for the museum.
