• You hold at least an HBO (Bachelor's) or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Logistics or Technical Business Administration.

As the Team Lead Control Room, you are the beating heart of our logistics operation. You lead a multidisciplinary team of around 20 colleagues—including Equipment, Operational, and Process Control Room Specialists—and guarantee a flawless logistical process. Do you spot a disruption or bottleneck? You intervene immediately. You are the director who ensures that everything is perfectly coordinated, from detailed planning to seamless execution. 🎯

Your role is that of a vital link and coach for your team; you manage the operation based on data and insights for maximum efficiency. You meticulously monitor systems and process flows and act as the central hub between the Control Room, the operations floor, and our technical suppliers. You are responsible for starting and managing crucial systems like the Warehouse Control System (WCS) and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Furthermore, you actively contribute to innovations to improve warehouse performance, and you dive deep into data to proactively prevent disruptions, rather than just solving them. 🕵️‍♂️
