In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, operating our modern assembly equipment with accuracy and care. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the process efficient, on schedule, and up to standard.

What will you be doing?

• Operating assembly machinery: You’ll ensure our advanced machines run smoothly and efficiently. ⚙️

• Preparing materials for production: You’ll make sure everything is in place to keep production flowing.

• Conducting quality checks: You’ll monitor product quality throughout the process.

• Troubleshooting minor issues: You’ll act quickly to resolve small mechanical faults. ️

• Recording production data: You’ll accurately log production details to support continuous improvement.

• Performing routine maintenance: You’ll help keep machines in peak condition.

Wij bieden

• Competitive starting wage of €16,60 per hour (€19,34 including the 16.5% shift allowance);

• 36-hour workweek over 4 days, with pay based on a 40-hour contract;

• 9-hour shifts with paid breaks;

• Flexible working days from Monday to Saturday;

Wij vragen

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a production environment is a plus;

• Technical aptitude and a natural feel for working with machines;

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work;

• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role;

• A team player with good communication skills in Dutch or English;

• Flexibility to work on Saturdays and in shifts (05:00–14:00 & 14:00–23:00).
