Vacancy Line operator

Location: Horst (Limburg)

As a Line Operator, you will work in our modern packing facility in Horst, where we sort and pack blueberries year-round for customers across the globe. You ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly and that every punnet leaves the facility in perfect condition.

What you will do

• Set up and operate our modern packaging machines and monitor the packaging process.
• Adjust machine setups, resolve minor technical issues and safeguard the quality of the final product.
• Work closely with team leaders, quality controllers and technical staff to keep operations running smoothly.
• Motivate and guide colleagues on the line.
• Ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are always followed.
• Record process data and contribute ideas for improvements.

In short: you are the key player on the production floor, making sure everything runs efficiently.

Who you are

• You have vocational-level education (MBO) and technical insight.
• You have experience with, or affinity for, production and technology.
• You have a good command of English; Dutch or Polish is a plus.
• You enjoy working in a team, stay calm under pressure and take action when needed.
• You are flexible in working hours (you work on Saturday every other week).
• You have a positive mindset and think in solutions.
