As a Sorting Employee at GLS in Elsloo, you’ll start your day early at 5:30 AM and have the rest of the day free! In this role, you are responsible for sorting packages, both large and small. Thanks to your efforts, all packages are sent to the right destination, ensuring customers receive their shipments on time.

Your day begins with a short team meeting to divide the tasks. After that, you’ll:

• Sort incoming packages
• Lift packages weighing up to 15 kilograms
• Ensure everything is ready for the next step in the delivery process ✅
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the process running smoothly

This is a dynamic work environment where speed and accuracy are key. Teamwork is essential, and you’ll communicate effectively with your colleagues to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Working hours : You’ll work a flexible morning shift from 5:00 AM to approximately 8:30 AM. This means you’ll have the rest of the day free to enjoy your personal time.
