With you as a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen. You don't just flip burgers, you make guests happy! You do this with products of the highest quality and exactly to the taste of our guests. The orders are pouring in, you don't turn a blind eye to it in the kitchen. Well, just to quickly grill that unique Flame-Grilled burger of course.

What do we have to offer you?

All that hard work must be rewarded! We don't make a fuss about that, that's why we offer you:

• Employment conditions and salary according to catering collective labor agreement; a salary between €7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour;
• We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
• 25 vacantiedagen on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance that you receive per month;
• In addition to a 2-week training period, there are various training and education courses, for example crew trainer of management support.

As an Assistant Manager you are the link between the manager and the rest of the team. With clear communication, a listening ear and rolling up your sleeves, you ensure that all operational matters run smoothly. You are responsible for staffing, manage the stock and ensure that the gas station is always in perfect condition.

As an assistant gas station manager you are responsible for supporting the gas station manager in leading the team and achieving sales goals. You will work closely with the team and ensure that the station is run efficiently and effectively. You report to the gas station manager and help with preparing schedules, managing stock and carrying out cash register work. You supervise the workplace when the manager performs administrative tasks, and vice versa.

• Terms and conditions of employment; en salary according to the collective labor agreement for petrol stations and washing companies; €2762,- €3100,- p/m based on a full-time working week;

• Holiday bonus of 8% which is paid annually.

What do we expect from you?

• At least 1 years old experience in a comparable position;
• Excellent communication skills en leadership qualities ;
• Want to gift a customer-oriented attitude and able to deal with customers in a professional manner;
• Flexibility and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Good one controlDutch language;
• You are owned Driving License B en own transport;
• Knowledge of MS Office and experience with cash register systems.
