We're looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll develop your expertise in Pricing, Data Analysis, Yield, and Revenue Management. Your mission: maximize sales margin for one of our key source markets (Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Denmark, Sweden, France and Germany) across both our Sun and Ski brands. You'll collaborate with six other pricing specialists, each with their own strengths, and report to the Head of.

Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid - 50% in office)

Start Date: Feb/Mar 2026

Availability : Fulltime

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Business/Commercial Analysis.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism/ Leisure Studies.

• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers and marketing.

• A passion for understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities to improve price performance.

• Curiosity and an experimental mindset; you enjoy testing, learning, and iterating.

• Energy, proactiveness, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• The ability to thrive in a commercial, dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
