You have at least 3 years of experience working as an operator in a production environment or you have a technical degree, and you're ready for the next step. You're not afraid of technology, you enjoy working in a structured process, and you're looking for a long-term job with real growth potential. • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an operator OR a technical degree ( engineering, vapro)
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system (6 days of work, 4 days weekend)

As an Operator at Lamb Weston, you'll be working on one of our four modern production lines, where you play a key role in transforming fresh potatoes into high-quality frozen fries.

• Operate and adjust modern production lines, ensuring our product meets top-quality standards.
• Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership from start to finish.
• Be responsible for machine setup, daily line adjustments, and quality checks at every stage.
• Work closely with a buddy system, supporting your growth and development.
