What will you do?

As a Product Owner CRM / Application Manager at Alfen, you will be responsible for the stability, development, and integration of our CRM and related platforms. This includes Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Atlassian, and Planisware. You'll bridge business and IT, translating strategic goals into practical solutions within the digital workplace.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance collaboration. With your vision, you will help Alfen grow further in digitalization.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Defining the vision and roadmap for CRM and related platforms in line with business needs and IT strategy.

• Improving customer and user experience using smart automation, dashboards, and integrations.

• Collaborating with Business Process Owners, key users, and external suppliers.

• Creating user stories, specifications, and process flows.

• Coordinating implementations, releases, and updates.

• Analyzing the impact of changes across multiple disciplines.

• Leading multidisciplinary (project) teams within IT.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a strategic and communicatively strong IT professional who thrives on improving systems and processes. You know how to build support and effectively guide change.

You also have:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

• At least 7 years of experience in the functional configuration or development of CRM/IT solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).

• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (preferred).

• Experience with HubSpot (preferred).

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).

• Knowledge of Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools (preferred).

• Familiarity with ITSM, Agile, and project management methodologies.

• Experience with bots or automated assistants is a plus.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language (mandatory).
