In this role, you’ll be more than just a production worker. You’ll be the person who keeps the production lines running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that high-quality meat products and meal components are made on time and safely. You’ll take on responsibilities that go beyond standard production tasks, using your experience, initiative, and problem-solving skills to make an impact every day.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and preparing machines before production starts;
• Monitoring production and troubleshooting small technical issues quickly;
• Performing quality checks and ensuring every product meets high standards;
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment;
• Guiding or assisting colleagues to improve workflow and efficiency;
• Being actively involved in process improvements and supporting new production methods.

Work according to your preference:

• Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday);
• Two-shift system: alternating weekly between 06:00 – 15:00 and 14:00 – 23:00 (weekends always free).

Dit krijg je

• A monthly salary between €2,608.24 and €3,515.22, depending on experience;
• 31.5% shift allowance for hours worked after 18:00 (for two-shift system);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
• 24 vacation days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Pension scheme starting from day one;
• Weekly or 4-weekly salary payments;
• Full-time position (40 hours per week);
• Option for a permanent contract;
• Opportunities to grow into roles like Line Operator, Team Leader, or Technical Services.

Dit ben je

• Experienced as a production worker/operator, preferably in the food industry;
• Comfortable taking on responsibility and problem-solving tasks;
• Living in or near Delft;
• In possession of your own transport;
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English;
• Accurate, communicative, and confident guiding colleagues;
• A motivated team player who also works independently.
