Teamlead Product Engineering

You ensure that our designs and drawings not only meet all technical and legal requirements but also contribute to the reliability and safety of our trailers. You are the go-to person for your team, safeguarding planning, quality, and efficiency.

In addition, you encourage collaboration with other departments and actively contribute to improvements in processes and systems. In short: you make sure everything runs smoothly-from the first concept to the final drawing.

What will you do?

• Create detailed schedules and allocate tasks within the team.
• Guide, instruct, and monitor engineers in their work.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety regulations.
• Lead work meetings and monitor project progress.
• Review designs, drawings, and calculations for completeness and manufacturability.
• Promote standardization and reuse of components.
• Optimize working methods and the use of CREO and Windchill.
• Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing Engineering and Project Control to improve processes.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a similar field.
• You have experience with CREO and Windchill.
• You have leadership experience or are ready to take the next step.
• You are a strong communicator, coaching in style, and process-oriented.
• You speak English fluently; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
