Due to a strong increase in our Total Engineering projects, we are looking to appoint project managers at short notice for our offices in Rotterdam and Groningen.

What will you do?

You ensure that projects run smoothly and successfully - from tender to execution. You work closely with partners, project architects, and consultants. In your role as project manager, you are primarily responsible for ensuring that planning, coordination, and the financial aspects of projects are managed flawlessly.

The position includes three main tasks:

1. Tendermanagement

• Contributing early in the tender phase, advising on the involvement of consultants and defining the related contractual and financial frameworks
• Managing planning, resources, and deadlines during subsequent tender phases
• Optimizing processes and collaboration with consultants

2. Contractmanagement

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with consultants, partners, and clients
• Monitoring scope, schedule, and budget

3. Leading the Project Process

• Preparing the overall project schedule and monitoring its progress
• Coordinating the various consultants; drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with consultants and partners
• Preparing and monitoring the internal project budget

Who are we looking for?

• A bachelor's or master's degree (HBO or WO level), preferably in Architecture, Building Engineering, or Construction Management
• At least 3 years of experience in contract or project management within the design or construction sector
• Knowledge of Total Engineering, building regulations, and process management
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured way of working
• Proficient in both Dutch and English
