We are looking for a:

Senior Project Manager

This role actively brings you into the day-to-day practice of real estate, housing projects and how our clients deal with them. So: you have a feel for the setting you find yourself in. You work hard, passionately and enthusiastically on every job that comes along. You are creative, objective and have broad interests in the field. You have experience in guiding clients through change processes.

Job content in outline:

• During (re)housing projects, the project manager is the sole and direct point of contact for the clients and has great independence in this;
• Drafting and presenting the project approach to the client;
• Prepare, monitor and communicate planning and budget estimates;
• Initiating, holding and reporting on client and project meetings;
• Is ultimately responsible for cost, quality and planning;
• Liaises with suppliers at contract level;
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and construction works;
• Initiates innovations and cost-saving opportunities;
• Keeps up with latest developments in the field;
• Attending internal and external courses.

Job requirements

• Higher education course in the field of Real Estate, Construction Engineering or Engineering Management.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the project-based field.
• Thorough knowledge of the field.
• Good communication and contact skills.
• Command of the Dutch language in word and writing. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. French is a plus!
