Project Manager

Are you a go-getter and do you enjoy planning projects from A to Z and providing support where needed? Are you that versatile colleague who knows how to keep an overview of different projects under tight deadlines?

We have two offices in the Netherlands, one in Amsterdam and the other in Eindhoven. We are looking for a driven Project Manager who gets energy from coordinating and successfully delivering challenging projects. In this position you will be part of the Business Unit Enterprise.

You will work in a team with 4 other Project Managers. You will also work together with various cybersecurity professionals such as; ethical hackers, security consultants and behavioral psychologists executing projects at our clients in the public, financial, technology & defense and security sectors. Together we make the Netherlands a cyber safer country and you can contribute directly to that.

You are precise and sociable and you take care of the client and your close colleagues. You are responsible for planning and preparing projects, including ensuring up-to-date project administration and good coordination with the client. You will also ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time. In addition, you support the planning of training and courses and processing customer feedback. Together with your team but also with the Project Managers of other Business Units, you make sure that the consultants can execute the projects successfully.

As Project Manager you take care of

• planning and organizing projects;
• accurate and up-to-date project administration;
• creating, maintaining and archiving both client and project files and records;
• processing information in our CRM system;
• organizing meetings;
• a positive atmosphere within the team.

It is important to us that you contribute to the professional image of our organization. You are an excellent organizer and coordinate and plan activities smoothly. We are looking for someone who can easily switch between different activities, is proactive and has a flexible attitude. You work accurately and enjoy supervising projects end-to-end, including planning and project administration. You preferably have experience working for an IT service provider. You are a team player and an upbeat personality with a 'can do' mentality.

As our Project Manager you have

• at least hbo working and thinking level;
• several years of experience as a project manager;
• strong organizational skills, because you never know at the beginning of the day what the day will bring you;
• solution-oriented skills, you do not shy away from sudden problems and you are stress resistant;
• communication skills and good command of the Dutch and English languages.
