Designer Women Ski Apparel and Accessories

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

We design Luxury Ski- and Sportswear for women who love their life, own their

style and demand the best. We don't just create sportswear, we design Fashion

with function, exuding a bold, elegant aura that turns heads on the slopes and

beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

As a designer for Ski Apparel and Accessories you will fulfill an important role within the team of designers.

• Work within the design & product team to develop ski Apparel and Accesories,

aligned with 's brand DNA of luxury, femininity and performance.

• Generate design vision: research trends, fabric/technical material innovation, colour

palettes, prints/graphics, silhouettes appropriate for the world of luxury ski wear

• Create design sketches, mood‑boards, technical drawings and assist in specification of garments.

• Review prototypes, fittings and make design corrections as necessary (fit, silhouette, details) to ensure final product meets the brands standards.

• Ensure collection milestones are met (concept → sampling → production) and support quality control / sample review process.

• Present collections internally and support styling / campaign team as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's/HBO (or higher) degree in Fashion Design

• Several years of experience designing for women's outerwear, ideally with experience in ski wear

• Strong creative vision and a clear aesthetic that aligns with 's brand: feminine, luxury, sporty with attention to fit and detail.

• Good understanding of technical apparel development: materials, trims, construction,

performance fabrics (e.g., waterproof/windproof, insulation)

• Experience with Illustrator is a must, experience with Photoshop, Exel and Indesign are a plus

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills (working with product development, sourcing, production, marketing).

• Solution‑oriented, able to balance creativity with commercial/production realities, deadlines and budgets.

• Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus
