What your role as an orthopaedic workshop assistant looks like.

As an Orthopaedic workshop assistant, you will be responsible for manufacturing, adapting and repairing orthopaedic aids. You will work independently in the workshop and ensure that the products meet the customer's wishes and requirements.

Your duties include:

• Customisation of soles, lasts and other orthopaedic devices.
• Repairing and modifying existing tools.
• Using workshop machinery and tools.
• Adhering to quality standards and safety regulations in the workshop.

What you bring as an orthopaedic workshop worker.

• You have experience in a workshop environment, preferably in the orthopaedics or footwear industry.
• You have technical understanding, good manual dexterity and the ability to work accurately.
• You are independent and have a high level of responsibility.
• You have good communication skills.

We facilitate our customers in the use of the latest techniques in the field and support them in digitising and automating their daily processes. To this end, we develop hardware and software in-house, both for internal use and for customers. This makes us a leader in the international footcare market.

Our main location is in Haaksbergen. We also have a growing production site in Portugal.
