Internal Inspector

40 hours

Walking around, looking, and feeling. As an internal inspector at Hamiplant, it's all about keen observation. You assess the quality of everything that comes in daily and prevent deviations from turning into problems later on. This requires plant knowledge, sharpness, and the courage to say: this is right, or not.

24/40 hours

You ensure everything is correct before the process actually begins. As a logistics employee, you are the first link in the logistics process. Everything that comes in passes through you. You check quality, register products within the system, and ensure that every cart of plants ends up in the right place in the process.

Logistics Team Leader (Conveyor Belt Process)

40 hours

You start the morning with an empty floor. And then... it begins. Carts overflowing with plants from growers, orders that need to be shipped today, screens that show your performance live. You're right there: on the work floor, among the people, with an overview and energy.
