Want to work part-time next to your studies? Join an international team and make sure fresh flowers and plants reach happy customers across Europe! Stay active, meet great people, and enjoy a part-time job (8-16 hours per week) with plenty of variety. The company is just 17 minutes by bike or 26 minutes by bus from Leiden Central Station.

You'll join a family-owned company with an open, informal, and international atmosphere. Together with Dutch staff and students from around the world, you'll enjoy a diverse, supportive team where everyone helps each other succeed.

Job description

As a Part-time Receptionist, you'll make sure the front office runs smoothly. You'll:

• Welcome visitors and delivery drivers with a friendly smile.

• Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

• Assist colleagues with small daily requests to keep everything running efficiently.

You'll work in a pleasant, modern office environment that's part of the same international flower and plant distribution company.

Job requirements

• Start as soon as possible.

• You are always available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

• Available for at least 6 months (longer is even better!)).

• Speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus but not required.

• Friendly, proactive, and reliable.

• Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel).

• Living in Leiden, or Delft.

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoy helping others.

Hours & salary

Hourly wage:

- 20 or older: €14.46

- 19: €13.49

- 18: €12.07

- Sundays and public Holiday days 200%

Allowances:

• €0.23/km travel reimbursement (maximum 30 km one-way).

• We'll help you arrange a Swapfiets (e-)bike for an easy commute.

Additional information

You will go through three rounds in the application process:

- Round 1: Review of your availability and motivation.

- Round 2: Online interview with Brave Ones.

- Round 3: On-site company presentation and tour.
