Receptionist

You're the first face of our hotel!

Are you hospitable, presentable, and ready for a dynamic job by the sea? Then we're looking for you as a receptionist at the Palace Hotel in Zandvoort for 3 to 4 days a week.

Your role

As a receptionist, you're the first point of contact for our guests. You'll welcome them with a smile, handle check-in and check-out, and help them with practical and tourist information. You'll also:

• Manage the reservation system (MEWS)
• Process payments
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Make a positive first and last impression

What do we offer you?

• Flexible working hours (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM, weekdays and weekends)
• Salary of €15.00 to €17.00 per hour
• 25 vacation days and travel allowance based on a 38-hour workweek

You are…

• Hospitable and presentable
• Experienced in hospitality or tourism (education or work experience)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Live in the Zandvoort/Haarlem area or have your own transportation
• Available for morning and evening shifts
