Your Mission

As a connecting leader, you set the direction for Fresh 'n Rebel's growth trajectory in the DACH region. You will develop a concrete business plan, lead the local team of two people, and further expand the brand's presence - always in line with Fresh 'n Rebel's core values and overall strategy. With your approach, you strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors and create synergies between the headquarters and the local et. You turn the proven formula - consistent execution and focus on key accounts - into local success.

After one year, you will know your key accounts inside out and, together with your team, will have established a sales strategy that truly works: clear processes, a solid working rhythm, and measurable results. This includes steady revenue growth, improved forecasts, and stronger distribution control. In short: you are the driving force behind Fresh 'n Rebel's continued growth in the DACH region and a key player in realizing its international ambitions!
