We're pushing technology's boundaries, and we need you to help us scale. As our RF Manufacturing & Test Engineer, you will be the technical owner of our radar submodules, bridging the gap between R&D and manufacturing partners.

You will ensure complex RF designs translate into robust, repeatable production processes, guaranteeing manufacturability and testability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing and test strategies for RF submodules, from prototype to series production

• Design, specify, and validate (often custom) RF test setups for submodule production and acceptance testing

• Transfer RF test setups, procedures, and documentation to EMS and box-build partners

• Support manufacturing partners during ramp-up, production, and issue resolution

• Take technical ownership of RF submodule test coverage, limits, calibration, and yield optimization

• Collaborate closely with RF designers, system engineers, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and testability

• Analyze production test data and drive continuous improvement of test methods and RF performance

• Ensure clear documentation of test procedures, acceptance criteria, and production guidelines
