For team NEBS we are looking for a:

Event & Sales Support (0,6 - 0,8 FTE / 24 - 32 hours)

As an Event & Sales Support Officer, you'll be the driving force behind our training courses, events, and commercial activities. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, from preparation to execution. You'll be a key link between the team, the participants, and the event venue. No two days are the same: one day you'll be working on your laptop on attendee lists and communication, the next you'll be on-site as the point of contact during a course or event. You'll also support the account managers with acquisition, following up on brochure requests, and maintaining contact with (potential) participants and organizations.

You'll work closely with our event and account managers, but you'll also have your own responsibilities. Working hours are typically weekdays (Tuesday through Thursday), but you may occasionally work or travel in the evenings or on weekends.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • You arrange, prepare and support courses and events
  • You communicate with participants and speakers and are the point of contact on site
  • You prepare certificates and arrange shipping
  • You carry out small research and investigation assignments in preparation for programs
  • You manage online training platforms and the CRM system
  • You follow up brochure requests and maintain contact with (potential) participants and organizations, both digitally and by telephone.
  • You support acquisition activities, for example by proactively bringing programs to the attention of organizations
  • You process administrative matters, such as participant lists and evaluations

Job requirements

You possess a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, for example, with a completed degree in Facility Management, Commercial Economics, or a similar field. You are independent, organized, and have strong communication skills. You can maintain an overview, even under pressure. You work accurately, are a commercial thinker, and are energized by well-organized days.

In addition:

  • You work accurately and independently, but you also enjoy working in a team.
  • You have a commercial and service-oriented attitude
  • You plan well and maintain an overview
  • You are sociable and presentable
  • You are flexible in your deployment (sometimes also in the evenings, at weekends or on location)
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing
  • You are digitally skilled (Word, Excel, CRM systems)
  • You have a driving license B
  • An affinity with the energy transition is an advantage - you don't have to be an expert, as long as you are curious

What do we offer

You will be employed at New Energy CoalitionWe offer a varied position within an informal and collegial team, with excellent secondary employment conditions and a competitive salary.
