At Health Me, we are looking for a fitness coach with that warm, human touch. Someone who doesn't work on autopilot, but really sees what someone needs. Someone who brings calmness, stability and empathy - and is ready for a fresh, new challenge in an environment that values who you are as a person.

What does your day look like as a Health Me Fitness coach?

Your working day starts at 07:20. You open the club, switch on the Milon machines, choose a motivating playlist and make sure everything is ready to welcome the first members with a smile. Together with your colleague, you coordinate the day: one of you guides the members on the training floor, the other makes counselling calls and follows up on new registrations. You pick up what suits you - be it coaching, listening, advising or encouraging. In between, you chat with members, answer questions and share tips in a relaxed manner. You really make a difference in their day. At the end of your shift, you make sure everything is left tidy and close with a satisfied feeling: you have helped and inspired people.

Who are you?

• You are a people person and enjoy connecting and motivating people.
• You are socially strong, can interact well with different types of people and exude calmness and confidence.
• You feel fit and vital, you exercise yourself at least twice a week and live consciously.
• You have an affinity for health, exercise and personal development.
• You enjoy providing structure as well as genuine attention.
• A sports, healthcare or coaching background is nice, but certainly not a requirement. Who you are counts more to us than a piece of paper.

About Health Me

Health Me is no ordinary gym. We are a Social Fit Club: small-scale, personal and results-oriented. With our smart Milon concept, we help members get fitter and stronger in just two 35-minute workouts a week. Our coaches are not instructors, but real companions. With attention, knowledge and heart for people.

Practical
