  • Do you enjoy helping people convey their ideas with presentations and storytelling? Do you like to stand in front of the group and do you enjoy teaching people something? Do you like working in a small company where you have a lot of freedom and room for your own initiative? Would you like to get an insight into the people, the culture and, above all, their stories at many different companies? Then come and talk to us!

    With us you will master all aspects of being a trainer: not only the training program itself, but also the pre- and post-process, from the first conversation to evaluation and invoicing. You follow a varied induction program, in which you shadow your fellow trainers and immediately take on jobs: providing feedback on submitted presentations, writing blogs, developing training materials, assisting with training and much more. And of course you will provide training yourself: first you teach our clients how to set up and shape their stories, and then you also work on their presentation skills. You will train consultants, project leaders, marketers and other specialists at companies such as VodafoneZiggo, PostNL, the AFM, Rabobank, Advier, de Bijenkorf, FrieslandCampina.

    And of course you will also receive training yourself! Depending on your experience, we put together a training program. For example, you will learn to work effectively with groups, have Socratic conversations and work on your own development. Naturally, we offer a competitive salary and good secondary employment conditions. You will work in a friendly team, with passionate professionals who are still willing and able to learn. Our office, with its own training room, is located on the Houthavens in Amsterdam near the IJ and is perfectly accessible by bicycle and public transport.
